Age requirement
Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a visitor aged 16 or above to enter the park.
No pets allowed
Dogs and other pets are not permitted within the Chimelong Park, with the exception of qualified guide dogs. Visually impaired individuals bringing qualified guide dogs into the Park must adhere to Park regulations and follow the instructions and arrangements of staff. Please refer to the Chimelong official website for details.
Other restrictions
Bringing controlled devices, flammable and explosive items, and other prohibited items as specified by laws and regulations into the park is strictly prohibited. With the exception of baby food and one bottle of water per person, Chimelong Theme Park and Circus Halls do not allow visitors to bring any other food or beverages into the park. Dear visitors: To provide all visitors with a safe, orderly, comfortable and enjoyable viewing and playing experience, starting from July 10, 2023, visitors are prohibited from bringing the following vehicles, vehicles or any wheeled transportation equipment into the parks and circuses of Chimelong Resort (except carts, trolleys, carts, and electric wheelchairs that meet the national standard GB/T12996-2012 "Electric Wheelchairs" and have a speed of ≤15KM/H), including but not limited to: ● Campers ● Trolleys or wheeled transportation equipment ● Towing vehicles (regardless of whether they are pushed, towed or pulled by electric or human power) ● Bicycles or tricycles ● Luggage with child seats ● Skateboards, scooters, roller skates, wheeled coolers, etc. After the new regulations take effect, guests may continue to bring their own strollers, carts, handcarts, or electric wheelchairs that meet the relevant park regulations to use within the parks and circus of Chimelong Resort. Guests may also choose to use strollers or wheelchairs for a fee at the guest service points within the parks and circus of Chimelong Resort.
